I decided one of the best ways to increase my creativity this year is to participate in a challenge. I found the Color Challenge which is hosted by Mona Pendleton. Very fun because she gives you the color scheme and it's up to you to create something out of it. Very cool and very stress free with lots of room for creativity. The colors for this week were pink, yellow, and salmon. Admittedly, not my choice of colors. Pastel colors are not my thing, but I worked with it and came up with this. It's very simple, but there is something about it that appeals to me. I used Heidi Swapp rub-ons, Endless Love sizzlets, stickles, prima flowers, mustard distressing ink, DCWV cardstock, Stack patterned paper and white mini brads.

You know what ~ pastels aren't my thing either but that's what is so FAB about playing in challenges! It makes you try new things! LOVE how you chose yellow as your primary color! LOVE the rub-ons! Pretty card! THX for playing with us at CR84FN! Come back and play again next week!
